Automatically trigger a feedback request to the customer after they receive their package, specifically asking them to rate the delivery experience and the carrier. This provides you with crucial quality assurance data to monitor service levels across different providers.

Create a portable shopper profile similar to "Stripe Link." Once a customer saves their delivery details in any webshop using Delivery Gateway, they are instantly recognized in all other partner shops. We are upgrading this from a cookie-based system to a fully cross-device solution, allowing users to carry their saved addresses and preferences everywhere.

Automatically pre-select the exact delivery method, pickup point, and address used in the customer's last order. This allows returning users to accept their preferred setup with a single click, without having to search the map or type details again.
