Currently, I am unable to cancel shipping labels directly through the Delivery Gateway interface. It would be beneficial to have the ability to cancel or void shipping labels directly from the platform, especially if the label has not yet been handed over to the carrier. This feature would streamline the process and provide more control over shipping operations.

Handle backorders or multi-warehouse stock easily by splitting a single customer order into multiple shipments. You can generate separate labels for each package and track them individually within the same order view.

Automatically pre-select the exact delivery method, pickup point, and address used in the customer's last order. This allows returning users to accept their preferred setup with a single click, without having to search the map or type details again.

Automatically sync and display your own physical store locations on the pickup map. This allows customers to select your shops for "Click & Collect" right alongside third-party lockers and courier points in a single, unified map view.

Gives merchants full control to enable or disable Home Delivery within the system. This allows you to use our platform exclusively for Pickup Points (lockers/stores) if you prefer to handle Home Delivery through other channels (or vice versa).

Automatically filter the pickup map to only show store locations where the items currently in the cart are in stock. This ensures customers only choose pickup points that can fulfill their order immediately.

Enable ultra-fast, same-day delivery (30-60 mins) within cities using the Wolt courier network.

Let customers filter pickup points not just by location, but by payment method (card vs. cash), opening hours (0-24), or special capabilities (frozen/fragile handling).

Recognize returning customers and automatically fill in their previously used delivery address or preferred pickup point to speed up checkout.
