Currently, I am unable to cancel shipping labels directly through the Delivery Gateway interface. It would be beneficial to have the ability to cancel or void shipping labels directly from the platform, especially if the label has not yet been handed over to the carrier. This feature would streamline the process and provide more control over shipping operations.

Make data-driven decisions with a dedicated reporting dashboard. Compare carrier performance metrics—such as on-time delivery rates, average transit times, and delay frequencies—to negotiate better rates or switch providers.
